Don’t Miss …
- Tailgate Travelers: Station Wagons
Originally dubbed “station wagons” because they were used to carry passengers to and from train stations, they soon gained popularity as family haulers. We’re spotlighting the vehicles’ impact on generations of family road trips and decades of daily motoring. Located throughout the Museum.
- The First Mega-Dealership: Don Allen Chevrolet
Allen’s enterprise grew to 16 locations. His extraordinary energy, flair, and showmanship transformed the business of selling automobiles into grand social events. His marketing savvy proved invaluable and has had an enduring impact on today’s car industry.
- The Corvette Then & Now: An Iconic Contrast
Our Legacy Series contrasts iconic Corvettes. The car’s evolution is presented with a front-engine 1954 model donated by the Richard O. Ullman family and a current C8-generation example.
Exhibit Opening Registration
Museum members and exhibitors are FREE. Guests are welcome: Suggested donation is $15. Please include the number of guests attending as the “quantity” of reservations.
To defray the cost of the event, please consider donating to the museum.
