Consider the AACA Museum for your next anniversary, birthday, retirement, holiday party or fund raising event
Whenever you’re planning a special social event it’s important to choose a location that can offer an inviting and memorable setting for your friends, co-workers or customers to enjoy. The Antique Auto Museum at Hershey is just the place you’ve been looking for with expansive spaces, towering ceilings, arched floor to ceiling windows and one-of-a-kind automobile collections for your guests to enjoy.
Our distinctive and flexible spaces allow us to create a perfect event for an intimate group of 40 or large groups of 300 or more. Your Museum rental includes a top-notch staff ready to assist you with your event needs, tables, banquet style chairs, dance floor, podium, microphone, portable bars, stage and set-up/tear-down for your event.
Your customers, co-workers or friends will experience a great sense of arrival as they enter the museum through our main lobby, with it’s 50ft ceiling and tile floors adorned with rare automobiles. This area can also function as a registration or reception space. A coat room is available at the far end of the lobby for guest convenience.
Our main level gallery transports guests back in time from Battery Park, New York in the early 1900's to San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge in the 1970's on a cross country journey through time. This extraordinary exhibit space is set against a backdrop of life like hand painted murals and multi-dimensional displays. This is a perfect setting for hors d'oeuvre and cocktail receptions as it provides a beautifully appointed space your customers, co-workers or friends to browse while they enjoy each others’ company.
Upper Level Rotunda
Our upper level rotunda offers a picturesque view of the rolling hills of Central Pennsylvania with arched floor to ceiling windows. This area is perfect for gatherings up to 150 guests for a breakfast, luncheon, hors d'oeuvre reception or dinner. Another appealing feature of this room is an overlook space with views of the main exhibit gallery and it's collections. The center section of this space provides an ariel view of the main lobby below which often functions as a unique space for dancing.
Lower Level Gallery
The journey continues in our lower level concourse where you can be seated among rare automobiles, vintage buses and a restored 1940's Valentine Diner. We can accommodate up to 300 guests banquet style with tables of eight. This space can also accommodate a dance floor and a stage.
